No real estate broker or salesperson shall enter into a listing agreement for the sale of real estate in the Village without notifying the owner of said property of the requirements and costs for inspection under this chapter and having the owner verify said notice, in writing, on forms available from the Village Engineer or Mayor's designee. The notice and verification shall be filed with the Village Mayor or Mayor's designee.
