The permit holder shall protect all sidewalks, curbs, pavements and other public or private facilities on site or on adjacent properties. If any damaged items are not repaired or replaced within thirty (30) days after written notice is issued to the permit holder, the Village may repair the same and the costs thereof shall be charged to the permit holder and deducted from its, his or her deposit.
