1321.09   PERMIT AND DEPOSITS REQUIRED - MOVEMENT OR REMOVAL OF STRUCTURES.
   (a)   No person shall move any structure or remove any structure from the premises upon which it is situated without first applying for and obtaining a permit from the Village Zoning Inspector for such purpose and shall, at the time such permit is issued, pay a nonrefundable deposit in an amount as set annually by Council and shall pay an additional nonrefundable deposit in an amount as set annually by Council for each day or portion thereof beyond the first day during which such structure occupies a public road, street or way in the Village.
   (b)   No permit shall be granted a permit for the moving or removing of any structure to a location where it would be in violation of any of the codified ordinances of the Village relating to the erection, location or occupancy of structures.
   (c)   The Village Engineer or his designee shall, when any structure is proposed to be moved over or along any street, road or public way in the Village, designate the streets, roads or other public places to be used in the moving of such structure, together with the manner and method to be used in moving said structure and time in which such structure may be moved and remain upon a street, road or other public place, and it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership, corporation, company, association, or other legal entity, or any combination thereof to move such structure in a manner and method not approved by the Engineer or his designee in such permit, or to take a different route than the one designated in such permit or to allow a structure to remain in the streets, roads or public places a longer time than so designated.
