(a) The Planning Commission shall establish a schedule of fees and charges and a collection procedure for same, to cover the expenses of enforcing these Regulations. The schedule of fees shall be posted in the office at the Village Hall and may be altered or amended only by the Village Council. Until all applicable fees and charges have been paid in full, no action shall be taken on any request or appeal.
(b) The filing fee shall be paid in legal tender or by certified check or money order made payable to the Village of Perry and deposited with the Village Clerk for transfer to the general fund.
(c) Plan Checking and Field Inspection Fees. The subdivider shall pay to the Village Engineer (or County Sanitary Engineer where applicable) the total cost of field inspection of the improvements. The inspection fee shall be determined by the Village Engineer and the County Sanitary Engineer. The rate per hour will he the Inspector's regular posted rate per hour as paid by the Village Engineer and/or County Sanitary Engineer. The subdivider is held responsible for all inspection fees which will be payable monthly. The Performance Bond posted by the subdivider shall guarantee the payment of all inspection fees and no bonds will be released until all inspection fees have been paid in full. The cost of plan checking will also be covered by these fees.
(d) In the event that a plat is disapproved by the Planning Commission before any physical inspection has been made of the site, then the Commission may at its discretion order that the developer be refunded an amount not to exceed one-half (½) of the fee paid to the Village.
(e) The Village reserves the right to charge the Developer with additional amounts for time used by other Village officials in any legal or administrative matters in respect to the Subdivision.
