§ 33.094  COUNTY MEDICAL CARE FOR INMATES FUND.
   (A)   The County Auditor shall deposit all funds received into the County Medical Care for Inmates Fund.
   (B)   The County Medical Care for Inmates Fund shall be used solely to offset county expenditures from the County General Fund for inmate medical care.
