§ 33.091 CO-PAYMENTS.

   Except as provided in § 33.092, a person confined to the county jail shall be required to make a co-payment in an amount of not more than $15 for each provision of any of the following services:

   (A)   Medical care;

   (B)   Dental care;

   (C)   Eye care;

   (D)   Any other health care related service; and

   (E)   When a medical evaluation is performed by a correctional health care officer.
