(A) On request for release or inspection of a limited criminal history, the County Sheriff’s Department shall do the following:
(1) Require a form, provided by them, to be completed. This form shall be maintained for a period of two years and shall be available to the records subject upon request;
(2) Collect a $3 fee to defray the cost of processing a request for inspection; and
(3) Collect a $7 fee to defray the cost of processing a request for release.
(B) The fees may be adjusted from time to time as allowed by I.C. 10-13-3-30, as amended from time to time.
(C) The County Sheriff’s Department shall edit the information so that the only information released or inspected is information which has been requested and is limited criminal history information.
