§ 33.037  APPROVAL OF STANDARDS AND PREREQUISITES FOR SUPERIOR RANK.
   Whenever the Sheriff desires the approval of the Board for his or her setting of reasonable standards and the fixing of prerequisites of training, education and experience for each rank, grade or position within the Department, he or she shall deliver to the Board, in quintuplicate, copies of the standards and prerequisites along with his or her recommendations for same, also in quintuplicate, setting out his or her reasons for same. As a matter of convenience to the Sheriff, he or she should prepare six copies each of any proposed standards and or prerequisites, and retain one copy for himself or herself.
