§ 33.024  PUBLIC INSPECTION OF MEMORANDA OR MINUTES.
   The memoranda or minutes of any meeting of the Board are to be made available within a reasonable period of time after any meeting for the purpose of informing the public of the Board’s proceedings. All memoranda or minutes are to be open for public inspection and copying.
