§ 33.023  MEMORANDA OR MINUTES OF MEETINGS.
   (A)   Pursuant to I.C. 5-14-1.5-4(b), the Secretary shall keep the following memoranda or minutes with respect to all meetings of the Board:
      (1)   The date, time and place of the meeting;
      (2)   The members of the Board recorded as either present or absent;
      (3)   The general substance of all matters proposed, discussed or decided; and
      (4)   A record of all votes taken by individual members if there is a roll call.
   (B)   The memoranda or minutes shall be kept in a permanently bound book which shall be surrendered to the succeeding Secretary.
