§ 33.020  OPEN MEETINGS AND SECRET BALLOT VOTES.
   Subject to the limitations of I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1, all meetings of the Board shall be open at all times for the purpose of permitting members of the public to observe and record them. Secret ballot votes shall not be taken at any meeting.
