§ 33.014  NUMBER AND SALARIES OF PERSONNEL.
   The Board shall have power to recommend the number and salaries of the personnel of the county police force and the County Sheriff’s Department, but the County Council shall determine the Sheriff’s Department’s budget and salaries.
