§ 94.05  OWNER OF RECORD.
   (A)   The owner of a property shall be the same as the person who appears as the owner of record for the property as disclosed in the records of the County Auditor.
   (B)   The address for the owner shall be that address disclosed for the owner of record as disclosed in the records of the County Auditor.
