§ 94.01  TITLE AND SUMMARY.
   (A)   This subchapter and all ordinances supplemental or amendatory hereto shall be known as the Perry County Weed Control Ordinance.
   (B)   This section provides for the regulation of unsightly growth of weeds, grass or other vegetation within the unincorporated areas of Perry County.
