§ 39.49  GENERAL DUTIES OF COUNTY OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES DURING EMERGENCY.
   All officers and employees of the county shall cooperate with and give active support to the County Commissioners and the County Emergency Management Director in all emergency management operations, and shall comply with all orders of the Commissioners and County Emergency Management Director issued pursuant to this chapter.
