§ 36.08  NON-REVERTING OPERATING  FUND FOR THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT.
   The County Council hereby establishes a special Non-Reverting Operating Fund for the Parks and Recreation Department for the purpose of allowing the Department to deposit receipts it collects from its various activities which it sponsors.  The monies that are collected by the Department are to be used to purchase equipment and other items of tangible personal property for the Department.
