§ 93.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to investigation, resolution and appropriate relief provided by the State Civil Rights Commission.

   (B)   Anyone who violates § 93.08 shall be fined not more than $1,000, or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results shall be fined not more than $2,500, or imprisoned for not more than ten years, or both; and if death results shall be subject to imprisonment for any term of years or for life.
