(A) The Board of Trustees of the Perry County Memorial Hospital is hereby authorized pursuant to I.C. 36-1-3-1 to enter into contracts or agreements with physicians who agree to practice at the County Memorial Hospital and provide medical care for the citizens of the county.
(B) The contract or agreements may contain financial incentives for the physicians and the Board of Trustees of the County Memorial Hospital is hereby authorized to enter into those contracts and agreements upon terms and conditions agreeable to the Board of Trustees.
