An Animal Violations Clerk shall be appointed by the County Clerk’s office from the existing employees of that office and the Clerk may appoint any of the Clerk’s assistants to assist in the collection of animal related fees and fines. The Clerk shall provide space for the Animal Violations Clerk. The Animal Violations Clerk shall be open during the same hours as the office of the County Clerk.
