The Board shall approve or disapprove all applications for permits and licenses, if such are required, for animals based on the Board’s determination as to whether the applicant has complied with this chapter and demonstrates a reasonable probability of continued compliance. The Board is empowered to revoke licenses and permits as provided in this chapter. Restrictions, regulations and orders necessary to carry out the intent of this chapter or any restrictions, rules or regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter, may be issued by the Board.
