(A) The Board shall elect a chairperson, vice chairperson and secretary from the Board’s membership each year at the Board’s April meeting. The chairperson, vice chairperson and secretary shall each serve a term of one year.
(B) The Board:
(1) Shall hold monthly meetings at the location chosen by the Board;
(2) May hold special meetings upon the call of the chairperson or a majority of the members of the Board; and
(3) Three members of the Board constitute a quorum to transact business.
