§ 71.99  PENALTY.
   A violation of any part of this chapter will result in a fine in an amount not to exceed $100. All fines shall be paid in to the office of the County Clerk and shall be distributed by the County Clerk to the County Auditor to be maintained as part of the County General Fund.
