§ 50.54 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.

   (A)   The following shall be authorized enforcement agents in the enforcement of this subchapter within the limits of the county:

      (1)   The County Solid Waste District;

      (2)   The County Health Department; and

      (3)   Area law enforcement officials serving the county.

   (B)   The County Prosecutor shall be authorized to take all required court action in the enforcement of this subchapter.
