For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ELECTRONIC MAP DATA. Copyrighted data created and provided by a public agency from an electronic geographic information system.
PERSON. In accordance with I.C. 5-14-3-2, an individual, a corporation, a limited liability company, a partnership, an unincorporated association or a governmental entity.
