§ 42.035  ROAD REVIEWS.
   Any individual(s) who shall file a petition for the vacation or moving of a county road in the county shall, at the time of filing the petition, also file with the Auditor of the county a fee in the amount of $75 to pay for road viewers and other expenses as are necessary in the determination of the petition.
