The Perry County Animal Shelter, Inc. is designated to receive $0.50 from each dog tax payment hereafter collected by the Township Assessor or Township Trustee, as the case may be, of each township of the county. The Perry County Animal Shelter, Inc. shall use the funds disbursed to it to maintain an animal shelter.
