(A) The County Recorder is authorized to charge and collect a supplemental fee for recording a single document in the amount of $3, which fee shall be in addition to other fees provided by law for recording a document.
(B) All revenue received from these fees shall be deposited in the Recorder’s Records Perpetuation Fund and used for the purposes of these funds.
(C) This section is effective October 1, 1995.
