(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) A person who uses information in a manner contrary to § 41.003 may be prohibited by the County Commissioners from obtaining a copy of any further data under I.C. 5-14-3-3(d) and may be subject to a civil penalty of up to $2,500.
