§ 38.01  NO SMOKING POLICY.
   (A)   The entirety of the county courthouse located in Tell City and the county courthouse annex located in Cannelton are designated nonsmoking areas.
   (B)   Appropriate signs indicating the foregoing designations shall be installed in each of the foregoing buildings.
