(A) The Board of Commissioners of the county hereby adopts the Capital Improvement Plan. The purpose of the Plan is to specify the uses of the revenues to be received by the county for the county economic development income tax (EDIT) imposed under I.C. 6-3.5-7, as amended from time to time.
(B) Two copies of the Plan shall be kept on file in the office of the County Auditor for public inspection.
