Pursuant to I.C. 8-16-3-1 et seq., there is hereby established a Cumulative Bridge Fund for the county to provide funds for the cost of construction, maintenance and repair of bridges, approaches and grade separations. The Fund will not exceed $0.10 on each $100 of assessed valuation. The tax rate will be levied beginning with taxes for 2006 payable in 2007.
