1244.06 LOTS.

Every lot upon which a building for dwelling purposes is erected shall be not less than 13,600 square feet in area with a minimum lot width of eighty-five feet, meeting the requirements set forth in Chapter 1269. Lots with frontage on two parallel streets shall be prohibited.
