A master plat, prepared in accordance with Act 288 of the Public Acts of 1967, being M.C.L.A. 560.101 et seq., and containing the features of the accepted preliminary plat, must be submitted within one year from the date of acceptance of the preliminary plat. Otherwise approval of the preliminary plat shall become null and void.
Partial plats may be submitted with the master plat when the size of the subdivision is too large to develop and comply with the conditions of Chapter 1246. Partial plats of other sections of the master plat may be submitted at a later date.
Final approval of the partial and/or master plats shall be conditioned upon the developer meeting the conditions of Chapter 1246.
