1240.02 SEPARABILITY.

These Subdivision Regulations and the several sections, clauses and parts hereof are hereby declared to be severable. If any part or clause hereof is declared or adjudged invalid by present or future legislation or court decrees, the balance of these Subdivision Regulations shall not be affected thereby.
