1220.03 REMOVAL OF MEMBERS.

Regular members of the Planning Commission may, after a public hearing, be removed by the Mayor for inefficiency, neglect of duty or malfeasance in office, provided that such removal is approved by Council. Council may, for like cause, remove the member of the Planning Commission who was selected by Council.
