Upon receipt by the City Clerk, copies of an application for a license required by this chapter shall be forwarded to the Chief of Police, the Health Officer, the State Fire Marshal and such other appropriate public officials as the City Clerk deems necessary. Such officials shall review and investigate matters relevant to the application, and within twenty days of receipt thereof, shall report their findings and recommendations to Council.
