Section 4.4 Compensation of Councilmen.

The compensation of the Mayor and Council shall be determined by a Local Officers Compensation Committee as established in Home Rule Cities Act 117, Section 5c. The Mayor and Council may be paid such necessary bona fide expenses incurred in service on behalf of the City as are authorized and itemized.
