Section 4.2 Terms of Office.

At each regular City election there shall be elected from the City at large a Mayor and three Councilmen. The person elected to the office of Mayor shall hold office for two years and each of the Councilmen so elected shall hold office for four years. The terms of office of the Mayor and each Councilman shall commence at 12:00 noon on December 1 following the election.
