Every cable communications company shall file annually with the City a current map showing the exact location of the transmission and distribution facilities and equipment in the City used by it in providing cable communications service. Such company shall prepare and furnish the City, on written request therefor, at such times and in such form as may be prescribed, such reports as to its operations, finances, facilities and activities as may be reasonably necessary to enable the City to perform its obligations, functions and duties under this chapter.
