808.06 NONEXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE; TERM; FORM.

Any franchise issued pursuant to this chapter shall be a nonexclusive franchise for a term of years, not to exceed fifteen years, as the City may approve, and shall be issued in such form as shall be determined by the City.
