610.01 DEFINITIONS.

As used in this chapter, "alcoholic liquor," "beer," "wine," "spirits" and "alcohol" shall have the same meanings as set forth in the Michigan Liquor Control Act, Act 8 of the Public Acts of 1933, as amended, being M.C.L.A. 436.1 et seq.
