The municipal corporation now existing as a home rule city under the name of the City of Perry shall continue as a municipal corporation, and shall include within its boundaries all territory now constituting said City of Perry on the effective date of this revised Charter, together with all territory that may hereafter be annexed thereto, and less any territory detached therefrom, all in accordance with prescribed law. The City Clerk shall maintain and keep available in the City Clerk's office, for public inspection, the official description, and a map of the current boundaries of the City.
