416.03 RIDING ON SIDEWALKS.

(a) The Police Department shall, when authorized by resolution of Council, erect signs on any sidewalk or roadway prohibiting the riding of bicycles thereon by any person. When such signs are in place, no person shall disobey the same.

(b) A person who violates this section is subject to having the bicycle which was used while violating this section confiscated by the Police Department for not more than thirty days.
