The Clerk of the Traffic Violations Bureau shall prepare, each January, a detailed traffic violations report for the previous year. This report shall list all traffic violation tickets issued according to the respective categories of violations, all tickets processed during the year that have not been received for processing and a total of all monies received for fines collected.
