412.05 POWERS AND DUTIES.

The Traffic Violations Bureau shall have the authority to process traffic violation tickets issued by the Police Department, to assess and collect all fines in accordance with the schedule set forth in this chapter, to make regular accountings of such collections and to deposit all such deposits with the City Treasurer to the credit of the General Fund.
