EDITOR'S NOTE:
Council, by an unnumbered motion passed May 16, 1995, established the Perry Building Authority and approved and adopted the Articles of Incorporation thereof, pursuant to Act 31 of the Public Acts of 1948, as amended, for the purposes of acquiring, furnishing, equipping, owning, improving, enlarging, operating and maintaining public buildings and sites, together with properties and facilities appurtenant thereto. Copies of the Articles of Incorporation of the Authority may be obtained, at cost, from the City Clerk.
There are no sections in Chapter 286. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
