2-1-3: AGREEMENTS FOR USE OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY:

The city commission is authorized to enter into agreements for use of city owned property; provided, that said use will benefit the general health, safety and welfare; and further provided, that any such agreement shall be in conformity with Oklahoma Statutes. (2010 Code § 6-11)
