9-1-2: REVISIONS TO BUILDING CODE:

The following sections are hereby revised:

Section 101.1. Insert: City of Perkins, Oklahoma.

Section 1612.3. Insert: City of Perkins, Oklahoma.

Section 1612.3. Insert: March 14, 2017.

Section 3412.2. Delete the first sentence in section 3412.2 of the IBC and insert in lieu thereof the following:

3412.2 Applicability. Structures existing prior to effective date of this ordinance and in which there is work involving additions, alterations or changes of occupancy shall be made to conform to the requirements of this section or the provisions of sections 3403 through 3409.
