A. Notice Of Violation: Any person found to be violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be served by the city of Perkins with a written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. (2010 Code § 19-53)
B. Misdemeanor: Any person who shall commit any violation beyond the time limit provided for in subsection A of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code, for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. (2010 Code § 19-53; amd. 2012 Code)
C. Liability For Damage: Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be liable to the city for any expense, loss or damage occasioned to the city by reason of such violation. (2010 Code § 19-53)
