8-3-16: MAINTENANCE OF SERVICE LINES:

All service lines between the main and the curb cock shall be maintained by and at the expense of the city. If a meter is not set at the end of the service lines and connections between the end of the service and the meter shall be maintained by the city, but the actual cost of said maintenance shall be charged to the customer. (2010 Code § 19-9; amd. 2012 Code)
